Led by Roger Hawkins and Jennifer Scucci, CIVS is the exclusive licensor of the IGG’s AI-powered simulation technology in the US Gaming industry.  The patented platform has been approved by the Nevada Gaming Commission and BMM for legal pari-mutuel and fixed odds wagering. They work with global leaders in the regulated Gaming industry to disseminate Winner’s Circle interactive virtual racing and Owners Club live events.
