Long-Term Vision

Given our combined experience and unique technology components, our plans are ambitious but achievable.

We will:

• Lead the gaming industry in a new era of interactive sports entertainment and competitive gaming through video games, gambling & artificial intelligence.

• Build new distribution channels for interactive virtual sports and competitive skill gaming in the US and globally.

• Build the industry standard ecosystem for NFT-based skill gaming, including the skill gaming platform, digital and retail distribution, wagering, AI-NFT acquisition and management, the peer-2-peer exchange, and Solana-based token.

• Take our ecosystem and work across sports genres, including racing, fighting, and team sports, to produce AI-NFT skill games in partnership with market leaders in each genre.
