# Fixed Token Supply Drives Transparency and Stability

### Overview

* $IGGT is a platform game utility token designed to power and provide utility for all $ IGGT games.\
  and will be unlocked in conjunction with major game releases. If these games are not released, they will not be available for unlocking.
* Invincible GG operates with a fixed token supply of 1 billin IGGT tokens, ensuring no additional minting after the Token Generation Event (TGE). 
* However, our 'real' token circulation is gated by a stringent lock-up strategy that will only unlock blocks of additional tokens when new major games are released over the next five years.
  * 684M of our tokens are long-term “locked” and will only be released in ¼ increments as each new game is released. 
  * Of the 316M tokens that not locked based on game release, \~170M of these are locked for 13 months from TGE and unlock over a subsequent five (5) years.
  * This also included a 60M token rewards pool that is be unlocked over three years, starting 2 months after listing.
  * The remaining \~70M tokens is the actual potential liquidity pool for this first game. Our circulation will scale to this level based on player demand.  
* This strategy prioritizes scarcity and value preservation, key components for investor confidence.  

### Allocations

* **Reward Pool:** The largest allocation for in-game rewards and user incentives.  
* **Reserve**: We have a significant rservere for each of our games that will be unlocked based on Demand and to maintain stability and predictibility of our token price. 
* **Team, Equity Investors and Advisor Allocations:** These allocations all have a 12-month lockup and 48-month linear vesting thereafter.
* A strong marketing and partnership allocation: 8%, ensures strong war-chest to build a global community

### FDV and Market Capitalization

At a prospective listing price of $0.05, this implies our FDV is $ 50 million.

However, it is better to look at this based on initial Fully Diluted Value, where we only consider the \~315M tokens that are available for circulation (yet not yet unlocked).  The effective initial FDV (for the Owners Club Game) is $ 15.8 million.&#x20;

Considering that all token grants and investor sales have a 12-month lockup and between 24 and 48 months of linear unlocks, this means our likely initial Market Cap at $0.05 will be quite conservative as we grow to 10–20M tokens circulating in year 1.

With a meticulously planned  Pre-Sale, TGE, and BitMart strategy—coupled with a transparent vesting schedule—the project seeks to establish a robust token economy, incentivize participation, and support a smooth transition into broader markets upon listing.
