True Skill Gaming

Owner’s Club should be considered a game of skill because chance does not influence these games to a material degree.

The game is played with either virtual in-game coins -- Gold Coins and GEMS, fiat currency, or cryptocurrency (IGG Tokens). When players win a race, they are provided a prize of a percentage of the pool of whatever currency was staked to participate in the race. The outcome of a racing event is based on the players’ AI-powered horse's innate and trained abilities, the player's racing tactics, and the decisions horse owner players make in the set-up and preparation for the race.

Owner’s Club should be considered a game of skill because chance does not influence these games to a material degree.

  • Game users have a distinct possibility of exercising skill by strategically acquiring and training their horses so they will be successful in particular races as to each key race attribute (i.e., distance, surface, and other conditions), properly preparing their horses for races through adequate feeding, care, and training tactics of their horses; and selecting the proper equipment for their horse(s).

  • Users must strategically utilize their horse’s specific skill, inherent traits, and preferences in races and competently set race tactics critical to achieving successful race results.

  • Users must also consider the likely tactics and strategies used by their competitors to successfully run the race and beat all the other competing horses. Players can set pre-race and mid-race tactics to help their horse perform optimally. These tactics are front running, closing, and stalking, and each has a different effect on how a horse will perform in each race setting. The decision of which tactic to employ and at which point to employ them are decisions that require a degree of knowledge and understanding of how horses run in a race. Being able to equip the correct starting and midrace tactic is a skill that players must master to achieve success in the game.
