The IGG STO (Security Token)

The SGG is the security token of Invincible GG and will be available only to accredited investors. It represents rights on the free cash flows and ownership of the company. Its holders will be able to participate in corporate governance. Part of the security token issuance will be used to incentivize management and attract top talent to Invincible GG.

Security Token

The Security Token purpose is capitalize Invincible GG to allow parallel development of our next AI-powered competitive gaming titles, while properly scaling Owner's Club. Our goal is to sell our security tokens to a group of strategic and financial investors that are committed to our vision as a company and to support IGG in achieving our goals.

One feature of both Owner's Club and potentially other games within the IGG ecosystem is the role that external partners can play by licensing to IGG proprietary IPs or assets that could increase the appeal of the IGG ecosystem. It is anticipated that these relationships, in addition to the investment, will have an additional commercial relationship involving the use of these assets.

For partners holding security tokens, they will benefit from the cash flow participation, the easy transferability of blockchain-based assets (after 12 months holding period), while also enjoying participating in the governance of the Invincible GG.
