# Patented Platforms

Our patent\* covers all racing and sports as well as other virtual events (video games). Since our events are live competitions, they are just like any eSport from a wagering standpoint and can be handicapped.

This unique and patented technology platform has three key components:

1. **Virtual racing and sports world**
* Unique AI-powered Entities “live” in the virtual world.
* They are bred/created, trained, and prepared to compete.
* They can be bought, sold, and bred between players.
* They are one-of-a-kind unique entities, owned by game participants, that can be stored on a centralized or distributed basis on the blockchain.
2. **Live AI events that are either scheduled or PvP-created**
* Real-time events unfold live.
* Competitors genuinely vie against each other to win.
* No one knows the outcome in advance, not even the system.
* These events can be “stakes” races between players in states where skill gaming is permissible.
3. **Events broadcast for wagering**
* We broadcast selected events into casinos and sportsbooks for wagering.
* We also broadcast all races online via “Owners Club TV”.
* Races also render live on mobile devices.
* Our patent protects fixed odds, pari-mutuel, and exchange-based wagering.
