* Co-Founder and CEO of Predictive Technologies Ltd. – a sports data analytics company with advanced prediction optimization techniques leveraging genetic algorithms and learning systems. Sold to an international sports betting company in 2006. 
* Co-Founder and Managing Director of merchant banking firm the Bellwether Group. (This is the platform through which VMG was acquired from Telewest.) Served major video game companies like Vivendi/Blizzard, Sega, Ubisoft, Naughty Dog, Bioware, and Sony. 
* Sold first startup (B2B Incubator) to Internet Capital Group in 2000 Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company (LAO/SFO ) - product and branding strategies for market-leading technology companies, growth strategy, and M\&A advisory work for Enterprise and B2B Software companies as well emerging market entry strategies for Oil and Gas and E\&P companies GE Capital – Int’l M\&A & LBO’s; built first database marketing capability for the consumer finance division. 
* MBA from the Wharton School of in Finance and Strategic Management; BA from Duke University.\
  Lives in Washington, DC with his wife Karen and their three kids – Jackson (23), Westley (22), and Olivia (18).
