Size Trait: Size depicts the horse’s overall potential in speed. The larger the size, the higher the max speed. Large horses are rarely good marathoners, they get tired quickly. ​

  1. Small Size - Compact horses are usually suited to long-distance races.

  2. Average Size - Average-size horses are versatile and can be trained for various race setups.

  3. Big Size - Larger horses usually have greater potential to become good sprinters.

  4. Colossus - The World’s best sprinter horses had this trait. Colossal size grants the greatest potential for speed on short distances.

Surface Preference: Defines the favorite coverage type and measure of suitability for it ​

  1. Turf Lover - Bonus to Max speed on Turf​

  2. Dirt Digger - Bonus to Max speed on Dirt

Additional Surface Traits: Small traits which offer additional bonus to the basic surface preference

  1. Competitive Drive - Additional speed bonus when overtaking rival on preferred surface ​

  2. Turner - Additional speed bonus when turning on preferred surface ​

  3. Comfortable Runner - Horses' mental stamina fades slowly on preferred surface​

  4. Quick to Speed - Additional acceleration when turning on the preferred surface
