**Stride Trait: Sprinter (low stamina) relates to the high stride rate. Marathoner (high stamina) relates to the stride length.**

1. **High Stride Rate** - A high stride rate makes this horse a top stamina saver. With proper training, such horses can be suited for the long runs.
2. **Pony Strider** - Horse relies on a higher stride rate and relatively short stride length. This allows it to maintain moderate speed with little stamina utilization.
3. **Silky Stride** - Horse relays on the longer stride. This allows the horse to maintain high speed on short and medium-distance runs.
4. **Long Strider** - The highest stride length can potentially grant this horse insanely high speed. The other side of this is very high stamina utilization

**Distance Preference: Affects the horse’s willingness to run certain distances and keep the required level of motivation to the end of the track**

1. **Sprinter** - Horse prefers to run in races that are less than 8 Furlongs
2. **Miler** - Horse prefers to run in 8 Furlong races
3. **Marathoner** - Horse prefers to run in races that are longer than 8 Furlongs

**Weather Preference: Defines a horse’s favorite weather. Horses will have increased Stamina when the weather meets its preference**

1. **Muddy Runner** - Horse prefers to run in muddy conditions
2. **Nice and Hot** - Horse prefers to run in hot conditions
3. **Cold Killer** - Horse prefers to run in cold conditions
4. **Wet Winner** - Horse prefers to run in wet conditions
